1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the b33bd platform, including the website, mobile-optimised interface, all betting markets, casino games, fishing game titles, slots, promotional offers, and any other products or services offered under the b33bd brand. These terms apply to every visitor and registered player who accesses any part of the b33bd platform, regardless of the device or method of access used.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of b33bd services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the b33bd platform. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the b33bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b33bd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be introduced or removed at b33bd's discretion; the current list of supported methods is displayed on the b33bd deposit page at all times.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits; however, large single transactions may be subject to additional verification. Deposits are credited to your b33bd account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless b33bd's compliance team approves an alternative method following verification.

• Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawals within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours.

• b33bd does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the b33bd account holder.

5. Betting Rules

b33bd offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across a range of sports, with particular depth in cricket markets covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and all major ICC tournaments. All bets are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when b33bd's system displays a bet reference number and the relevant stake is deducted from the player's account balance. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by a specific market rule.

• Minimum and maximum bet stakes per market are displayed at the time of bet placement. b33bd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

• Where odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human error, b33bd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event, particularly following significant game events such as wickets, goals, or injuries. b33bd is not liable for market suspensions outside its reasonable control.
• b33bd employs automated and manual systems to detect suspicious betting patterns. Accounts found to be engaged in matched betting, arbitrage exploitation, or other forms of systematic advantage play may have their bets voided and accounts restricted.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon market settlement. Settlement times depend on the conclusion of the relevant event and the completion of official results.

• The player's account is associated with suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the b33bd platform or to other players.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through b33bd's responsible gaming programme.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their b33bd account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure (subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the absence of any pending responsible gaming restrictions) will be returned to the player via the registered withdrawal method.
